Not everyone who feels depressed or anxious has clinical depression or anxiety disorder. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with mild to moderate depression and anxiety, providing the support and equipping you to tap into your own resources, needed to regain balance and move forward.
If your symptoms are moderate to severe, it is essential to work with a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist, ideally through in-person therapy. To ensure you get the right level of help, I offer a free introductory session where we assess the intensity and impact of your symptoms together.
