Caregiver Support
Caregiver Support focuses on individuals who are caring for a loved one through illness, disability or significant health challenges. Caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but it can also place sustained emotional, physical and psychological pressure on the person providing care. This support is aimed at helping caregivers navigate these demands while maintaining their own wellbeing and stability.
The approach is grounded in emotional support, practical coping and boundary awareness. Caregivers are often required to prioritise others while neglecting themselves, which can lead to exhaustion, burnout and emotional strain. This space offers a structured environment to process these experiences, reflect on challenges, and develop more sustainable ways of coping while continuing in their role.
