Support for Seniors & the Elderly
Aging brings both opportunities and challenges. For some, this later phase of life offers space for growth, adventure, and rediscovering long-lost interests. Retirement may allow for new hobbies, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.
For others, however, aging can bring significant stress—declining health, financial strain, and the inability to retire due to economic concerns. The emotional burden of ongoing loss can be overwhelming: the passing of peers, decreased strength and independence, and shifting social roles can deeply impact one’s sense of identity.
Many seniors also take on the role of caregiver for a spouse with frailty, dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or other chronic illnesses. While caregiving can be an act of love, the daily responsibilities can also lead to emotional and physical exhaustion.
I understand these challenges—not just as a professional, but as someone who has witnessed firsthand the realities of aging and caregiving through my own elderly parents. I offer compassionate support for seniors navigating this transition, helping them find renewed meaning and identity in this phase of life.
If you or a loved one are struggling with adjustment, loss, or the emotional burden of caregiving, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore ways to rediscover purpose, cope with change, and build a fulfilling life—one that honours both the past and the present.
